I think the biggest conundrum of humanity is Timing. Just take a quick look at most of the mental disorders. They’re mostly rooted in a person’s recognition of time. Time perception helps you to have a vision for your life. If we exercise living in the present time, it will make us relieved from a variety of distorted thoughts but it’s quite an exercise and it needs lots of effort.
Life is like a contract that hasn’t been signed. It gives you opportunities. It gives you chances. It also burdens your shoulders with lots of difficulties. But after all, it’s life with its sweetness. We just need to continue. I know there is no assurance that we will achieve what we want but if we remain on the path there would be a small possibility of making changes in comparison to sitting and not taking any action forward.
Accompanying your internal waves and decide to challenge yourself makes you travel to different places and learn variety of things. Listening to yourself (internal waves) will make you able to live your questions and make your personalized answer for each one of your problems or dilemmas.
I think you should ask yourself who you want to be: Are you a believer or an antagonist? Do you believe in the miracle of life? I understand it’s difficult to be in a contract with life blindfolded but once you start to accept life with all its ups and downs, then you will be able to fight for a cause (your goals).
In short:
You can be pessimistic and say: “Life is all pain and suffering” and you maybe you’re right when you’re looking at the dark side of everything. But You can find enlightenment in the darkest place if only you want to. So gather all your sweetness in your chest and keep it close to your heart, not to forget what’s worth it and what isn’t. You just need to be the roleplayer of your life narrative. Claim your responsibility and find a place for yourself to start. You need to define your target and start a new journey towards your goal.
